Apex Ship Management maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drug and alcohol use to ensure the safety, health, and performance of all personnel onboard and ashore.
All seafarers are subject to pre-employment, random, and post-incident testing, in accordance with industry standards. Any violation of this policy results in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from duty.
This policy is enforced to maintain a safe and compliant working environment, reduce risks, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence.
